It is done! We at RED have sold to Costco in #Bernstorp.
We at RED are excited to announce the latest developments – we have successfully sold to Costco in #Bernstorp. After a decade of dedicated work and a vision to position #Bernstorp as a premier trade destination in the Öresund region, we have reached our goal. Together with Burlöv Municipality and Costco, we look forward to an impressive opening of the store Costco in the spring of 2025.
Costco’s department stores will serve as the hub for the entire Öresund region and further strengthen #Bernstorp as a retail destination. This will be Costco’s second project in the Swedish market after the successful establishment in Täby, Stockholm.
Our pride in the #Bernstorp project is immeasurable. It has not only generated 250 new jobs, but also become a historic turning point. Despite previous doubts, this project shows that with the right skills, humility and courage, you can achieve your goals.
Biltema will also open a store and it will be its largest store, covering 11,000 square meters, and create 100 new jobs. There is another stage that holds 7,000 square meters where we have already contracted with Rusta, the remaining area will be filled up with well-known brands.
