Biltema cooperates with RED in #Bernstorp
RED has signed an agreement with Biltema to secure another strategic anchor tenant at #BERNSTORP Retail Park.
Today, RED is developing more than 85,000 square metres of land in the area, with building rights for a gross total area of approx. 30,000 square metres. In close cooperation with Burlöv Municipality, RED has created new detailed development plans for the area with a view to further strengthening this retail destination. The Biltema establishment is planned to include a new store of more than 8,000 square metres with the ambition to open during Q1-Q2 2023. The new detailed development plan for this phase is expected to be come into effect during Q1 2022. The store is expected to generate approx. 50 new jobs.
