RED will deliver a new retail destination in Östersund with three big operators

In 2022, we presented our visions for a new project area to Östersund Municipality.

It is with joy and gratitude that we can announce that our hard work has paid off, and the zoning plan for our project area has resulted in the three companies that will be established in this retail area being BAUHAUS, JYSK and the fast food chain CHOPCHOP. The project area extends over 13,000 square meters and the entire area is leased. This is not only a victory for us, but also for Östersund Municipality.

We recognize that our success is a result of our hard work and it results in trust with the municipalities. Hosting Bauhaus for the third time is a testament to the expertise and deep relationship we’ve built with them. We are also proud and humbled to announce that Jysk, as a strong leading trading player, wants to work with us repeatedly.

Our CEO Ronald expresses his joy but also gratitude in the following way: “We are deeply grateful that the tenants have confidence in us, that the municipality wants to cooperate with us and create this project and opportunity. We are not satisfied with reaching our goals, we are constantly setting new goals and striving to exceed them.”
