Jysk and a home electronics company relocates to RED and Perita’s expansion of Östra Birsta in Sundsvall.
The first stage of the new 17.000 square meter retail area located next to ICA Maxi and XXL in Birsta is now fully rented out as a home electronics company has chosen to establish themselves next to EKO hallen.
The field work started on October 1, and the first stage, which equals 12.000 square meters, is expected to be finalised in Q3 2019. Stage two is expected to start in Q2 2019, where Jysk is one of the three tenants expected to move in during spring of 2020.
RED and Perita’s have, with the new addition of tenants, filled the scheduled construction and feel confident in filling the remaining 4.000 square meters fast.
With these additional leases, Red and Peritas have filled approximately 75% of the new retail area and have great confidence in shortly being able to rent out the last premises of approximately 4,000 sq.m.
