Great progress in Piteå

We are happy to announce that we have received a positive notice from the City Planning Board in Piteå for our retail park in Lomtjärn, Piteå. The process of the detailed plan for the area, about 8 hectares, starts in August. The Lomtjärn Retail Park will have approximately 28,000 square metres of retail area and will contain retailers that will complement the city centre and will strengthen Piteå as a regional destination.
