BAUHAUS purchases RED project in Sandbäcken

On 3 June this year, the ground was broken for the new BAUHAUS establishment at Sandbäcken Retail Park in Umeå.
During the summer, BAUHAUS and RED further enhanced their cooperation and can now announce that RED has sold the fully developed property to BAUHAUS. The property will be transferred to BAUHAUS upon completion of the project, which is scheduled for late Q4 2022.

“As a developer, I think this is extremely strong proof of the quality and trust when we succeed in linking the product with the anchor tenant as the end user. This is a statement of strength for both BAUHAUS and ourselves,” comments Ronald Rico, CEO of RED.
