RED built new stores for Jula, EM Möbler and Sova at Storheden Retail Park in Luleå.

About the project
The third phase of Storheden Retail Park was completed in June 2012 and resulted in an increase in retail space at Storheden of approx. 5,500 square metres. The stores were opened by the Jula chain and the furniture concepts EM and Sova. For this project, RED cooperated once more with the turnkey contractor Fastec Sverige AB. The building was constructed with Sweden Green Building Council certification.
