Media Markt, Stadium Outlet and Hööks Hästsport opened their new stores in Phase II of RED’s project at Storheden in Luleå.

About the project
The stores, comprising approx. 6,500 square metres, were ready for occupancy during the autumn of 2011. The new tenants at the retail park were Media Markt, Stadium Outlet and Hööks Hästsport. Fastec Sverige AB was the turnkey contractor for the project. The building was constructed with Sweden Green Building Council certification.
