In 2009, RED acquired land from Granngården at Storheden Retail Park in Luleå and thus began the first of three additional phases at the retail park.

About the project
The Storheden Retail Park development of approx. 5,200 square metres was carried out by RED. Elgiganten Megastore and Granngården opened their new stores in the autumn of 2010. Fastec was the turnkey contractor for the project. The building was constructed with Sweden Green Building Council certification.
