In less than 15 months, RED succeeded in reducing vacancies to a minimum at Ingelsta Retail Park in Norrköping.
About the project
During the summer of 2016, in partnership with an institutional investor, RED acquired Ingelsta Retail Park from Axfast AB. On acquisition, the vacancy rate in the park was almost 35%, and many of the contracts were about to expire. RED succeeded in reducing vacancies to a minimum through establishing new and existing tenants. Today, the retail park is fully let.
