Together with Citycon, RED developed the property Länken 1 in Umeå, located in the Ersboda Retail Park.
About the project
At the start of the project, the property was home to the tenants Willys and Jula, and the intention was to develop the property further with more retail stores, filling the park with more strong players. In 2014, RED invested jointly with Citycon in the property and worked on developing and managing the property. After completion of the project, RED had contracted new tenants in the form of the sports operator XXL and toy store BR Leksaker and an extension to the existing tenant Jula. After completion, the property was increased by an additional 5,000 square metres of retail space.
