Recently, the duo RED and Peritas entered into a land acquisition agreement regarding land for retail development in the eastern part of Birsta's retail area in Sundsvall, right next to ICA Maxi. There were already then advanced dialogues with well renowned retailers regarding the area, where the goal is to strengthen the external retail in the eastern part of Birsta through the project, which amounts to approximately 17,000 square meters of commercial retail space.

RED (Rico Estate Development) has hired Haris Dozo as Business Development Manager.

RED has since 2013 worked to build up the Retail Park in Noret, Mora. Now in the last phase RED has concluded an agreement with Lidl.

RED has signed a letter of intent with the municipality of Umeå, with the joint ambition to create a new retail project in Ersboda, located in the northern part of Umeå.

RED and Peritas have in a joint venture entered into an agreement with NCC to acquire land in Birsta retail area in Sundsvall. RED and Peritas have worked together on a strategic plan for the prospective retail project and estimates that the first openings in the first phase of the retail area will take place already in the autumn of 2019.

Jula is closing down at Jägersro and has decided to invest instead in the store at Bernstorps Retail Park.

Plantagen, Leo´s Lekland and Lager 157 are moving into Länna Market. It is truly excellent news that, with RED’s help, the Retail Park is now fully let.

During 2018, Åhléns Outlet and Systembolaget will move into Ingelsta Retail Park. A contract has also been signed for a new fast food player to open in the Park.

In partnership with an institutional investor, RED is planning to carry out a radical transformation of the Retail Park. Media Markt is being demolished, and a new Bauhaus building will be constructed.
