The stores which measured up to a total of 6 500 m² were ready for their new tenants during fall 2011. The new tenants in the retail park were MediaMarkt, Stadium Outlet and Hööks Hästport. The general constructor for the project was Fastec. The building is environmental classified with Green Building Certification.
