Båstad
In close cooperation with Båstad Municipality, RED is developing a new retail property in Båstad. The ambition is to create a modern, environmentally friendly retail building with a strong grocery offering.
About the project
RED was given a land allocation from Båstad Municipality after winning a competitive land allocation tender. The land allocation relates to a property of approx. 16,500 square metres that is strategically located as part of Båstad Entré, directly adjacent to the entrance to Båstad.
This is an exciting project that will give Båstad a wider range of products with a new attractive and modern grocery store combined with the retail of durable goods. RED also plans to establish fast-food outlets on the property and to offer the possibility of electric car charging to increase the service offering.
